ESTATE SALES

An estate sale can be a daunting task.  It may seem impossible to have a whole house cleared and ready for the market.  This is where our talents shine.  We organize and stage your home, including garage, attic, and outside shed. Estate sales are not "garage sales".  We do research and have contacts to get the best price for your items.

We understand the emotional attachment some items may have to you. This can make it very difficult for you or family members to hold an estate sale.  We are very motivated to make your estate sale a pleasant experience.

We present your belongings in a marketable way, price them accordingly and advertise to have a successful estate sale.  This means you will not have the stress of dealing with the sale of all of your cherished items, the opportunity of making more money at the sale, and coming home to a clean, empty house after the sale. All you have to do is remove the items beforehand that are not for sale. We will handle the rest.

According to Ecclesiastes, "to every thing there is a season and a time to every purpose".  Let us help you move into that new season of your life.

Here is what one client had to say....

"When it came time to prepare for my 90-year-old dad's move to a senior center after living in his home for 55 years, he and we were overwhelmed.  There were so many things that had accumulated over the decades.  It was more than we could handle, especially given Dad's desire for an expeditious clearing of items (within 30 days).  These ladies professionally and sensitively handled all the details of preparing the house for a very successful estate sale.  The date was set and advertised, hundreds of items moved and displayed in the most appealing manner possible, and each priced in accordance with a desired pricing philosophy dad approved.  The sale was conducted over multiple days and items that were not sold were removed to clear the house.  We were thoroughly pleased with the results and process.  Moreover, we were impressed with the caring attitude shown toward dad and his memorabilia, their extraordinary work ethic and absolute trustworthiness and integrity.  We would call them in a heartbeat for our own move or those of family and friends!"
